It's official: all the boys here in the Jean Bar love a girl in a baggy fitting, boyfriend-style jean. Whenever we see a lady out and about rocking this look, she always comes across as effortlessly sexy. We can't get enough! With a little experimentation you can easily find the right Boyfriend jean for your body type. For thinner ladies, I'd for sure start with Hug by Acne. For more athetic bodies, Generic Girl (also Acne) is a traditional "boy" fitting jean, with lots of room in the leg and thigh. The Current/Elliott boyfriend seems to be the most universal; The bigger and baggier it's worn, the more we seem to like it!

Dear Jean Bar,
I just got the Acne Generic Girl and LOVE them. I was wondering if you had any ideas for shoes???? I can understand the heel thing, but I'm also looking for everyday, more casual ideas. Can you help?
I'm totally down with wearing flats with Generic Girl. I love it with an open, strappy leather sandal, a converse low top... you name it. I feel like it's way more versatile than one would think.
